Services Transitioned
“Turium was the driving force behind our successful SaaS migration project, setting the pace and ensuring that all of our complex requirements were met.”
The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) was previously burdened by costly legacy infrastructure, which hindered their ability to operate efficiently and scale effectively. AMSA's Financial Services sought a modernization solution that was secure, scalable, and flexible to keep up with evolving demands. To achieve this, we partnered with TechnologyOne to develop a cloud-based platform that leveraged advanced analytics to drive innovation and instill confidence in decision-making.
Our team conducted a thorough assessment of AMSA's application and infrastructure ecosystem to identify optimal migration patterns. We successfully migrated over 10 legacy system integrations to the TechnologyOne Cloud, rendering 30+ virtual machines redundant and transitioning 20 critical services. This modernisation effort was in line with Australian Government policy, providing streamlined customer service and enhanced mobile access capabilities.
Turium's expertise has set AMSA on a path towards increased agility, faster access to new features, and enhanced customer benefits. The Infrastructure Cloud Transition project unlocks reduced costs, heightened productivity, and more agile digital services, empowering AMSA to better serve their customers. This successful integration and migration project has established a benchmark for other government agencies aiming to modernise their infrastructure and improve service delivery.
